What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is a digital assistant built for your business. It knows how you work, what you offer, and what your customers expect. It replies to messages, prepares reports, follows up on sales, and logs information in the tools you already use. It is not a generic chatbot from the internet. It learns your company rules and acts like a team member who never sleeps, but always stays within the limits you set.
How it works for you
First we map the processes that eat most of your time, together with you. Then we connect the agent to WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, CRM, or other tools you already use. We define what it should do in each situation: what to reply, who to notify, and where to save each piece of data. When a message, request, or new information arrives, the agent processes it right away. It replies to the customer, updates your system, or notifies you if it needs your decision. You do not have to watch every step.
What it won't decide alone
The agent does not replace your judgment or make strategic decisions on its own. It does not negotiate contracts, approve large discounts, or resolve sensitive conflicts without your approval.
